<div align="JUSTIFY"><i><span><span lang="es-ES"><u><b>Albacete</b></u></span></span><span><span lang="es-ES"><u><b>, 27 de julio de 2010</b></u></span></span><span><span lang="es-ES"><b>.-  </b></span></span><span>La Consejería de Agricultura y Medio Ambiente de Castilla-La Mancha, a través de la Fundación Tierra de Viñedos ha puesto en marcha el Programa </span><span><b>La Cultura del Vino</b></span><span>, con el fin de dar a conocer los vinos de nuestra región entre todos los castellano-manchegos.  </p>
<p>Para ello, se han organizado una serie de catas, que se celebrarán por todos los municipios de Castilla-La Mancha que lo soliciten, y gracias a las cuales se podrá conocer algo más sobre las peculiaridades de nuestros vinos, fomentar su consumo moderado, y difundir el enorme patrimonio cultural que representa el vino en nuestra región.</p>
<p>Se trata de catas básicas, en las que todos los asistentes podrán iniciarse en los conceptos elementales de la cata, a través de cuatro vinos: blanco, rosado, tinto joven y tinto crianza. </span></i> </div>
<div align="JUSTIFY"><i><span>Las catas, de entrada libre, son impartidas por enólogos de la región, y están invitados a participar todos los ciudadanos mayores de 18 años. </span></i> </div>
<div align="JUSTIFY"><i><span><br />El programa de catas comenzó el pasado día 17 de mayo en Corral de Almoguer, y ha pasado ya por Aranqueque, Villa de Don Fadrigue, Pozorrubielos de La Mancha, Villalba del Rey, Agudo, Fuentes, El Bonillo, Argamasilla de Calatrava, Albacete, Heras de Ayuso, Cogolludo, Medranda, Madridejos, Mota del Cuervo, Villanueva de la Jara, Argés, La Puebla de Almoradiel, Cobisa, Tinajas, Cobeja, Menasalbas, Alarilla, Guadamur, Uclés, Valsalobre, Huete, Illana, y  Castellar de Santiago. A lo largo de los próximos meses se extenderá por otras muchas localidades de la Comunidad.</span></i></div>

<p><a href="http://www.ventalavega.com/spanish/">Bodegas Almanseñas</a> es un proyecto basado en el viñedo, 250 Has cuidadas por un equipo experto y una bodega amplia y funcional para procesar las uvas&#8230;  Después de visitar las instalaciones, Juanjo me propone un experimento: Catar las variedades por separado para comprobar que aporta cada una al coupage.<span></span></p>
<p>En primer lugar catamos algunas barricas de Monastrell 2009 que resulta fresco, vivaz y con aroma de moras. Después la Garnacha Tintorera 2009 que tiene aroma de violetas, mantequilla y una potencia notable.</p>
<p>La fusión de estas dos variedades da como resultado varios vinos. Nos centramos en<a href="http://www.adegga.com/wine/AVIN9979910648064"> La Vega de Adaras 2007</a> en la que la combinación llega a su punto culminante, mejorando el conjunto la aportación de cada una de las partes.</p>
<p>Como última curiosidad probamos Verdejo y Sauvignon Blanc, sorpredentes por estas latitudes pero muy bien elaboradas por el equipo de la bodega&#8230; en unos años darán mucho que hablar los blancos que elaboren&#8230;</p>

<p><i>La  1º Feria de Gastronomía y Turismo gastronómico Gastrotur, la cual  tendrá lugar del 17 al 20 de noviembre en Granada,  ofrecerá durante dos  días un amplio programa de actividades dirigidas exclusivamente a  bloggers especializados en la gastronomía y en el turismo.</p>
<p>Esta  iniciativa se debe, fundamentalmente, a la importancia de los bloggers  en el posicionamiento web, cuyos blogs específicos de gastronomía  y  turismo son la referencia en los foros gastronómicos, dónde se comparten  contenidos, críticas, videos y recetas.</p>
<p>Entre las principales  actividades que va a llevar a cabo Gastrotur hay que destacar los show  coocking, concursos, catas comentadas, degustaciones de productos,  maridajes, jornadas gastronómicas, talleres y concursos, exposiciones,   jornadas técnicas, encuentro de blogueros, premios, exhibiciones de  corte de jamón, visitas, mesas redondas, talleres, etc.</p>
<p>De forma especial se va a organizar para los bloggers una ruta turístico-gastronómica por las comarcas granadinas.</p>
<p>Así,  representantes de Feria de Muestras de la Armilla (Fermasa) en Granada,  han querido invitar a los  bloggers de toda España a asistir a la  celebración de Gastrotur 2010, al considerar que se trata de una feria   que no dejará impasible a nadie.</p>
<p>Gastrotur nace con la filosofía  de convertirse en punto de encuentro entre fabricantes, consumidores de  productos de alimentación, y por supuesto, los principales prescriptores  de este sector incluyendo a cocineros y gastrónomos, que hacen  una  gran labor de divulgación y difusión de la pluralidad y bondades que  poseen nuestros productos autóctonos. Tampoco hay que olvidarse de la  gran oferta turística que engloba cultura y gastronomía, actualmente en  alza en nuestro país.&nbsp;</i></div>

<li>Podrán participar personas físicas de más de 16 años de cualquier        edad, sexo y nacionalidad. Podrán también participar personas  jurídicas       (bodegas, hoteles, restaurantes, organismos de  promoción, etc.)</li>
<li>Las propuestas presentadas a concurso (propuestas) pueden ser       presentadas en castellano o inglés.</li>
<li>El objetivo de las propuestas presentadas a concurso deben  contener       ideas y / o propuestas, puestas ya en práctica o no, que  puedan tener un       impacto positivo en la mejora de la oferta y la  promoción del Enoturismo       en España.</li>
<li>La extensión de las propuestas no debe exceder 275 palabras.</li>
<li>La temática de las propuestas puede abarcar cualquier área que        tenga impacto positivo en el objetivo mostrado en el punto 3  (ejemplos de       estas áreas pueden ser: acciones conjuntas con  hoteles, restaurantes, etc.       formación de profesionales,  estructuración de la visita a bodegas,       acciones de merchandising  durante la visita, acciones de promoción puntual       o general,&nbsp; uso  de actividades       complementarias al enoturismo, ideas para extender  el público objetivo a       personas mayores y/o niños, uso de  tecnología durante las visitas,       acciones de venta cruzada con  otras bodegas o actores turísticos,       promociones especiales,  actividades publicitarias (en España o extranjero)       , vinculación a  fiestas, etc. etc.</li>
<li>Los criterios para la valoración de las ideas tendrán en        consideración su originalidad, posible amplitud de aplicación, impacto        positivo en la dinamización de la oferta, así como la facilidad de  la       implantación y un análisis positivo de costes y beneficios.</li>
<li>Se podrá presentar un máximo de 2 propuestas por participante.</li>
<li>Las propuestas sólo podrán entregarse en formato digital en       cualquiera de las siguientes &nbsp;3       formas:

<li>Presentación como Post en un  blog</li>
<li>Presentación como artículo o  sección dentro de una página web</li>

<li><strong>Sólo serán válidas las propuestas que incluyan un enlace a <a href="http://www.turismodevino.com/">www.turismodevino.com</a>&nbsp;  El enlace deberá aparecer, según el modo       de publicación de la  propuesta: 1) en el mismo Blog donde se publica el       post, 2) &nbsp;en  una sección de la web       donde se publica el artículo con la  propuesta ó 3) como link en el perfil       de Facebook (nos tendrá que  incluir como amigos como indicamos en el punto       8). </strong></li>

<li>Ningún autor podrá obtener más de un premio y la organización del        certamen se reserva la facultad de publicar en su página web o en  una web       o blog preparado para el efecto,&nbsp; todos       o algunos de  los trabajos presentados, premiados o no.</li>
<li>Las propuestas presentadas no deberán estar sometidas a copyright o        patente. La persona que presente las propuestas asegura que no  está       infringiendo derechos de autor. La publicación por parte de <a href="http://www.turismodevino.com/">www.turismodevino.com</a> de las       propuestas de la forma descrita en el punto anterior no devengará derecho alguno       por parte de sus autores. </li>
<li>La organización se compromete al absoluto cumplimiento del  criterio       de imparcialidad en la adjudicación de premios, por lo  que no es necesaria       la inclusión de plicas. Ningún miembro de la  organización o personas       vinculadas podrán participar en el  concurso. </li>
<li>La organización del certamen designará un jurado cuya integración        se conocerá en el momento del anuncio de los premios. Su decisión  será       inapelable, y tendrá la facultad de declarar desierta la  concesión de premios       en caso que ninguna propuesta alcance, a su  juicio, una adecuada calidad       literaria. </li>
<li><strong>Premios</strong>:

<p>Why do it? Local chefs attest to the subtly more complex flavor. One even remarked that it came pre-marinated. If in boeuf bourguignon, the meat cooks in the wine, boeuf a la canadienne must put the wine in the beef first. </p>

<p>The world wine glut just found a new category of consumer: cows.</p>
<p>A farmer in British Columbia&#8217;s Okanagan Valley is feeding her cattle red wine for the last 90 days before slaughter. According to the <a href="http://www.vancouversun.com/life/Wine+cows+with+chefs/3318085/story.html">Vancouver Sun</a>, Janice Ravndahl of Sezmu Meats stumbled on the idea while watching chef Gordon Ramsey feed beer to pigs on his show, The F Word. Because she thought her Angus would get bloated from the carbonation in beer, she started feeding her cows a liter of local red wine a day, sometimes mixed in with their food, sometimes straight. Here&#8217;s how the cows reacted: </p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;When the cows first drink the wine, it&#8217;s like &#8216;what is this?&#8217;&#8221; says Ravndahl.</p>
<p>&#8220;But once they have it, they&#8217;re happy to have it again. <strong>They moo at one another a little more and seem more relaxed.</strong> There are a few that lap it up out of the pail. After they&#8217;ve had it for a while, when they see us coming with the pitchers, they don&#8217;t run, but they come faster than usual.&#8221;</p>

<p>A little more relaxed? And they seem to &#8220;talk to each other&#8221;? Hey now&#8211;I think someone is asking for a candlelit stall for two in the back. </p>
<p>Why do it? Local chefs attest to the subtly more complex flavor. One even remarked that it came pre-marinated. If in boeuf bourguignon, the meat cooks in the wine, boeuf a la canadienne must put the wine in the beef first. </p>

<p>I overheard someone say that at the other end of my table recently. Not <em>Blue Nun</em>, mind you. But a wine actually made by nuns! </p>
<p>Since the Trappist monks in Belgium still make (and market) Chimay beer, I was pleased to discover that Trappist (Cistercian) nuns still make wine in Lazio, a little to the north of Rome. </p>
<p>The wine in question, Coenobium from the Monastero Suore Cistercensi, is a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Verdicchio. If you&#8217;re looking for a fresh, breezy, fruity, summer quaffer, look to other wines. This white has an oxidative quality that blankets layers of minerals, faint nuttiness, and acidity. The reason these grapes produce such complexity is in large part because the consultant winemaker, the acclaimed naturalista Giampiero Bea, has left the wine in contact with the skins, unusual for a white. They actually make another wine with even longer skin contact called &#8220;Rusticum.&#8221; </p>
<p>It&#8217;s a wine of contemplation that I happened to serve on my deck on a cool summer evening, a context that I think made it more appealing than on a searing hot day. </p>
